Upstate NY Apartments has several properties that allow certain breeds of cats and dogs.
Pet policies are property-specific and are outlined below.
- Ridgefield West Apartments: Dogs and cats under 30lbs allowed but require approval from landlord.
- Burdeck Street Apartments: Dogs and cats under 30lbs allowed but require approval from landlord.
- Guilderland Court Apartments: Dogs and cats under 15lbs allowed but require approval from landlord.
- Silo Pointe Apartments: Dogs and cats under 35lbs allowed but require approval from landlord.
Each pet requires a pet lease, and a non-refundable pet fee. Additionally pets will require monthly pet rent. Please note, all pets must be approved by the landlord or a landlord representative.
